I plan to install a unvented cylinder on the 1st floor of a house and was wondering what is the best way to plumb in the cold supply to the kitchen sink which is located on the ground floor.

Would it be better to have a balanced cold feed to the kitchen or does it not make that much of a difference if the kitchen has an unbalanced cold supply which would tee of the mains supply before reaching the PRV which will be located on the 1st floor(next to cylinder)

My main concern is that if the kitchen sink was unbalanced and someone was using the shower would that affect the showers performance in maintaining the desired temperature.

Thanks
