Upinor underfloor heating

Hi upinor underfloor heating keeps locking out. By this I mean if you switch off electrical supply for approx 30 secs then switch back on it works again.
Has anybody experienced this ??

Is that the c35 controller?

How old is the install?

Yep it's a right lash in, it's old mate and the photo must be 6 months old now as well.
