Hi there
i was wondering if someone could advise me on a problem I have with my central heating.
I have a 4 bedroom house which is fairly new and the radiators upstairs do not get very hot at all. We have a Vaillant ecotec plus 624 system boiler downstairs (the one with the pump inside) and the water cylinder upstairs in the airing cupboard. I thought it may be an airlock but that doesn't seem to be the case, I have also had the system flushed which did no good at all.

Would be very grateful if someone out there could offer any advice!

When you say fairly new, is it a new build? Has the heating ever worked correctly upstairs? It's a sealed system so it can only really be a valve/pump/ or incorrect piping that is preventing it flowing upstairs imo.

Maybe a stupid question but have you had your system balanced?
If so someone over-motivated might simply had closed the lock shields too far.
