Hi

I'm trying to access a cistern in a customers property which is concealed.

I think its a Grohe or TECE cistern, but it doesn't appear to have a lid on the cistern itself, it looks like a sealed box?
Is there a way to get inside to replace the innards at all?? Its constantly filling up, thinking it was suffering from the rubbish seals on the discharge piston but can't get to it???

Cheers

Do is have the large front panel with the push buttons for flushing in it. If so this comes off and access is through there.

push the face plate to one side and pull off then unscrew the next plate if fitted then you'll have access to the internals

I have tried removing the plate with the buttons but this only allows access to the inlet valve and I need to get to the syphon at the bottom.

I thought maybe there was another way into the box??

I have a TECE concealed cistern which is continuously running water into the pan,
how do i stop it from flushing?
