Vaillant combi problem

[h=5]ok guys i have a vaillant turbomax plus 828 E combi, hot water for about a minute then cold, magnaclean twin tech on system but no spanner to remove bowl and it looks like someone has used boss white on it to seal the bowl and i have tried to remove it all to no avail, so removed entire unit and cleaned it best i could under a running tap and got loads out of it, removed plate heat exchanger there didnt seem to be alot of debris, but i replaced it with a refurbished one anyway, put back together ran heating system for about 10 minutes everything working fine including hot water, but today 3 days later back to no hot water ?? Question ..flow switch ?? or system full of crap and main heat exchanger in need of clean ???[/h]

you will have to give your Gas Safe number and apply to the GSR only forum mate; no one will give you advise on this issue. P.S Please tell me you are a registered engineer as if you bugger this up it does and potentially will have lethal concequences
