Vaillant Eco-Max 828. Fault code F.19

Just had a message left on the answerphone from a customer saying she has no hot water on her vaillant Eco-max 828 combi & F.19 fault code showing.
Having had a quick look at the MI & googling F.19 I can't find anything on that fault code.

Has anyone come across this fault code before & can give me any clues please.

No luck yet DG. I'm going to go to look at the job tomorrow so I can phone Vallaint technical then. Strange that a fault code isn't in the manual though.
The Ecomax 828 doesn't appear too dissimilar to the Ecotec that went out of production last year.

sounds like CH thermistor has gone out of its resistance banding, so needs a new one, but check wire to sensor and board first, if all good replace......btw it will fault even if heating is not in use

Well, F19 turned out to be F25 (low system pressure) :banghead:

You'd think it wasn't beyond the wit of man to read a two digit fault code properly wouldn't you ?

Still, sorted now & a nice easy one to end the day on 🙂
