Vaillant TurboMax

Got a few issues with a Vaillant TurboMax combi. The hot water cuts out occassionally and it is getting worse.
Could it be the diverter valve getting stuck or a diaphragm issue???

Any advice appreciated.

do you mean cuts out temprature wise or flow wise??

The flow is fine, just the temperature.

sounds like diverter , not a bad job .

pain to change diaphram washer,have to take out clorifer,also the divertor rocker switch sometimes leak so end up replacing full divertor control,bear this mind when pricing it up.

Has anyone tried to get registered onto the Vaillant installer web at all???
What a ******* nightmare.
I only need to get a part number for a diverter assembley and its asking me more questions than I know answers !!!😡😡
Anyway I've given up now. Just hope my local merchant can order it by description and does'nt want part numbers !!!!!!!!!!

Have you tested the dhw microswitch is working ok, and being switched by the little lever?

Still sounds like microswitch to me - Can you "make" the contact on microswitch yourself while running hot water tap. See what happens then.
