Vaillent boiler ecoplus not circulating water

Hi there,

My Vaillant boiler Ecoplus 28 is not circulating water in my radiators at all, No water or air pressure coming out of radiators if i try to release air pressure from radiator.

The hot water works fine, however for radiators, none of the pipes are getting warm that would tell me if boiler is circulating hot water.

I suspect a valve being closed underneath the boiler perhaps that allow water to circulate ? (My boiler has been moved from kitchen in to the loft)

i have looked at the valve and i am not sure if they are opened or not ?

LCD display boiler solid sign on and bar pressure is 2.7. No fault message is being displayed so i am confused.

Could it be an air lock ?

I would appreciate assistance in this regards, my house is very cold.
