Hi new gsf member, have a problem on a valiant ecotek831, have hot water on 1 tap but when run 2 or more outlets the hot water is not maintained it gets cooler. Have replaced diverting valve and heat exchanger as was scaled. Hw is still not maintained on multi outlets, very good mains flow rate. Going back there next weeklong sort it. Thanks

Sounds like the boiler is working as it should, combi boilers produced a limited water supply.
Have you checked the HW output with a weir gauge against the MI's?

P.s Welcome to the forum, you'll need to get to 10+ posts and send your GS reg details to the mods before you can get access to the appropriate help and sections :wink5:

Thanks, yeah checked flow rates with cup and are well within flow rates stated in MIs. Hw temp rise is ok with one outlet, but as soon as 2nd outlet is opened temp decreases rapidly.
Daft Q, how did I send details to the moderators? Cheers
