Hi,
This boiler leaks from a leak off pipe attached to the siphonic condensing trap. This leak (drip) only occurs when heating switched on. The expansion unit was faulty which i have replaced. The trap was dirty and over filled which i have cleaned and filled to correct level.
There is a smaller leak off pipe within main leak off pipe, the drip is coming from this. Pressure within system drops causing boiler to shut down.
Looking for a steer as to possible fix before i call in plumber.
Thanks in advance for any help,
regards

sorry to say time to get a gas safe eng out

as you cant take the cover off unless your gas safe

Afraid so.
This plumbing forum will not provide advice to anybody with regards to boiler repairs or any other form of gas plumbing without you first providing us with your Gas Safe Registration number in a thread - for very obvious reasons. If you're not qualified to touch gas, you should stay well clear of trying to!
