Hello.We have recently moved house and have no idea how to get the heating on and set the timers.We have hot water and all the radiators are open.We have an instruction manual but it includes no information on the timer panel.Thanks.We are cold.😕

What type of system do you have ? Combi boiler or system boiler? do you have a tank in your loft and a cylinder? can you take a photo of any of the central heating components ? photo of the cylinder (if you have one ) photo of the timer or programmer? then we know what we are dealing with. It maybe that you just need to push a button on the programmer . Thanks
