I've got a 57 plate maxus. Good big van never let me down and spent nothing on it. Bit too much like a work van for some but it does the job.
I put it on sorn at the start of the month, don't know what the mot is, i've not looked, but i'll mot it if it needs one. Only thing wrong with it is a dunt on the back bumper (nothing) and the reverse sensors don't work and the speedo (milometer) clocks up at around twice the mileage it should. It reads about 80,000 but has done about 40 - 50k. Only used it as a back up van.
Pm me if your interested in a trip up north.

How big is it? Lwb is probably a bit on the big size. The swb maxus is ok though.

Bought it in a partnership business I was in. But that's over now. I got left the van. But I got left with the debt as well. So I'll be paying it off when I sell.

Just got nissan nv200 on trial. Thought it was tosh...... Till I drove it. It's like driving a go cart and is nippy . £9k brand new!

Would be interested to hear how you get on with the nv200. I had a look at them but I'm not sure that the back is any bigger than my combo?

It's a nice little van. We are going to split back up. Devider left to right with a false floor 200m void for steps and hilmore cm35 benders to fit in. They have twin side doors and I'm actually impressed. We don't to bathrooms and rads delivered or use big van but for a fitter they are ideal. Fit boiler inside and tube in rack or if modded below passenger seat. Probably going to offload two transits , fiat ducat to and buy three of them as pretty impressed. Bigger vans have bigger collections of stuff u might use. Smaller vans have gear you actually use on them and that's it. Only problem with a compact van is fitting in the loot!
