vent terminal height

what height does the vent terminal have to be above the highest connection.

ie, im bringing the soil pipe out of the wall to marry up with the rest of the soil pipework and planning on running the stack up the wall a further 1.0m and terminate. there are no windows etc within a meter of where stack will be.

what is the answer to this? as i have seen stack terminated at lower than that on the side of building where the bricks go to the peak of roof. surely there must be a measurement for above the last connection or does it really need to bed taken all the way up past eaces if there is no open windows ?

You can stop vents below the eaves provided its more than 3 metres away and 1 metere higher than any windows QUITE COMMON IN LONDON ON THE BLANK END WALL OF TERRACED BUILDINGS

how much higher than the 4" tee would it have to be - from my understanding it has to be 25mm higher than the potential water seal of the pan ?

has to be higher than the flood level of the highest fitting normally the basin id alway go a couple of foot over
