never seen a rad that the tail; doesnt come out of or a 20mm valve

Sorry everybody I got this totally wrong. It should be 3/4 inch and 15mm. I have since found out that it is possible to remove/change the tails but due to the age of the rads (50 years old ? ) they could take quite a bit of shifting and could easily damage the rad. So as you say gas man bin the rads, fit new more efficient ones.
Thanks for all advice.
