Victorian radiators

Hi lads, can any of you recommend a good place to buy refurbed Victorian radiators?

And some nice valves to go with them. i need valves that go onto the gland nut, which used to be iron pipework but now copper? Any nice victorian ones out there?

In a word no! The ones i have fitted have been awful. Enamel comes off in big flakes when rad tails go in.
Having said that there are probably some decent suppliers but i haven't come across them. I prefer the modern imitations tbh

The ones the customer is looking at are like a bronze look... Would you advise to go for new imatations?

at the end of the day the customer is paying for the rads so imitations every time old ones can be grief crack,s bad threads, usually come with the wrong sized bushes fitted
