Vokera 24e Hot Water Problem

Hi,
I have a Vokera 24e and the hot water pressure is bad. If i turn it up then the water temperature goes down. The only way i can get hot water is to have it on really slow. The central heating works really well and the radiators get really hot.

Any ideas on whats wrong? It is annoying but i want to change to a mixer shower so i need to get it sorted really.

have you tried diverter service kit?
