Vokera Boiler - Help

First time posting, so any advice appreciated.

Not long moved into house with Vokera Easi Heat Plus C boiler and it's not firing up properly. The orange light is staying on and green light is flashing every 5 seconds.

I called Vokera and they told me to reset it, but that doesn't seem to be working. Did reset + turned on taps, but still getting same orange/gren lights + water or rads not getting hot.

The bolier was fitted in 2017.

Any ideas before I have to call out engineer. Vokera want £199 to send someone out.

I'm not sure on that boiler but if Vokera's price is a one off with guaranteed repair then it's worth thinking about

If its a quick fix then a callout will be £70+
With a return visit to fit parts I'd be charging £120+ parts with no guarantee
A fan, a pcb or a gas valve will all likely be £100+ each.
