Vokera compact 28 SE COMBI boiler

Hi there, does anyone know the maximum amount of radiators this boiler is designed to serve? I was at a house last week and the tenant has 10 radiators in the property and 1 (the furthest away
from the boiler) doesn't heat the same as the rest. It isn't choked and doesn't need bled. If you turn another rad off upstairs then the one I mentioned starts to heat up.


im wondering if there's too many radiators for the boiler to deal with?

It's just balancing mate. a 28 kw boiler should be able to heat 15 average sized rads(or 10 small 5 large), it's flow that's letting it down or pipework.
