Vokera Elite -no hot water at taps but C/H ok!

My 10year? old Vokera Elite has been good up to now but it suddenly has stopped giving us hot water out of the taps EXCEPT when the Central heating is on! Is it a diaphram problem?

yes diaphram washer will be away. I take it when you open the hot tap the boiler dosent fire up. But when the heating on the water will be slightly hot ?

Yes tanx Craig I thought as much! Yes the boiler does NOT fire up!
By the way I got the boiler name wrong...it is Vokera Excel...nearly right. Thanks again.
