Any folks out there that know there stuff... i would be greatfull for the advice.
The Boiler is a combi Vokera Option aprox 4 years old, the symptoms are: The pressure is increasing too high.
I have looked at the Pressure vessel & it's holding pressure.
I have removed the mains fill up loop & it's not a leaking valve on that side.
I have narrowed it down to the hot water heat exchanger must have failed & is passing mains water into the heating system...
Now my question is:
Is it worth having the heater exchanger replaced & roughly what is the likely cost?
Or should i use the cash i have saved towards a new car & have a complete new boiler installed?
