Wall mounted faucet with hand shower & mixer tap - parts?

Hi All,

Is there any chance I can get the internal mixer part for this wall-mounted faucet? It looks to be a standard B&Q or eBay type kit, but from what I understand parts are not an option and the manufacturing company is only interested in selling the kit as a whole.

Can I get parts for this or am I realistically looking at replacing the unit?
