I'm afraid as a prospective employer I certainly still wouldn't give your (newer) post a second glance, with the small case lettering for your name, plus Accrington and Rossendale College and lack of punctuation. It may seem harsh and pedantic to you but there's so many people contacting me all the time wanting work I can pick and choose from a huge list if I am looking for someone, and I will always pick those who take the most care in their presentation. Someone who is sloppy in their presentation implies to me, rightly or wrongly, that they will be the same with the standard of their workmanship. I have very high standards myself and expect all my staff to strive for the same, and I certainly wouldn't have much trouble finding them. I even have far over-qualified University graduates asking me for work. It's a tough world out there and plumbing jobs are few and far between with lots of stiff competition, and the sooner you realise it, the better. Even if you're not too hot at English, it's no excuse as you could always ask mum / dad / big sister / college careers tutor etc to proof read your things through before posting them.
