Which version of western front, old B&W or the one with John' boy' Walton, Nice choice with Zulu lost count of how meny times I've watched it, Lets put in another old B&W film in, Reach for the sky, & a real classic Ice Cold in Alex.

Hunt for Red October (Cold war?) and Spy Game (at a push?) or a real war film, The Battle of Britain.

Maybe need 2 lists old classic B&W Films & more recent one's No one picked any John Wayne films yet ? But plenty of classic British films, Above us the Waves, Battle of the river Plate, In which we Serve, The Heroes of Telemark,

The One That Got Away (1957) with Hardy Krüger.

Went The Day Well (1942).

Both set in Britain.

Above us the waves, ice cold in Alex, and, although strictly speaking not a war film but it heavily features a couple of old soldiers and there is a fair bit of fighting in it, the man who would be king.
