Water leakage problem

Hi guys, I'm new here and am hoping someone here can give me a solution to my problem.

I have a Ferroli HE31C boiler. Although hot water and CH is still working properly, there is a massive amount of water leakage coming from inside. I have tightened everything up, where I can, and it is still leaking.

If anyone has a suggestion on what the problem could be, I'd love to hear it! Thanks!

check con pipe outside,may be frozen,this will cause condensate water to fill in heatexchanger ,if it frozen,kettle of hot water on con pipe outside

could also be a split heat exchanger!!!!!!!
