does anybody know how i can get a water meter moved from my own house it was put in before my time and since i have been here i ripped the old bermuda out and fitted a combi so in theory am useing less water only running a shower so not storeing water anymore wife tells me its costing 60 quid a month houses in the street without a meter are costing 34 a month

As far as im aware, once a meter is installed, the property stays on it, they want everyone on a meter one day.

Not sure about your water supplier, but around my area, you get money off if you have your rainwater going into water butts.

I also think switching the combi from eco mode to comfort helps save water, keeping a preheat in the boiler, on some you can even time the preheat.
