On an new boiler, the burner pressure / operating pressure is 0 mbar, because of the zero governor, is that right?

On an old boiler the burner pressure / operating pressure is what, around 14 mbar, is that right?

What is the burner pressure / operating pressure on a cooker and why (can it be adjusted?)
(What is the burner pressure / operating pressure on a cook and why?)

What would the gas rate on a cooker be on a C8 60G, roughly?

Thanks.
