Hi all,

I need to price up a job for a resturant but am struggling to put a figure on it.

I need to extend the flow and return for additional rads and I also need to extent the hot and cold feeds to a new staff bathroom etc etc.

Seems easy so far. In total I will be using around 33 metres of copper and the floor is concrete so some connections may be difficult and I may need to hire a breaker (I have warned the customer of this)

I am thinking around £1,000 inc parts but advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers

I would like to help you, unless your in Lancashire ! commercial stuff is what we do mainly, usually retail as well.

So - can you put up a rough plan ? that will help

Do you have to work at this restaurant during closed hours - is it permitted etc by LA - neighbours.

How fast - ie will there be a over-run penalty ?

Is it a one man job ? I think not get 2 2 cut and make your concrete
chases while u start the 1st fix - skip ? where ?

vat ? if they are they will expect u 2 be - if ur not get the gear in their name on the tickets with lolly up front as a deposit

I think £1000 is a bit light - kets have more info

Why can't you price your own jobs?
Time it will take at your £ rate per day then materials on top how hard is that

Commercial!! £1000 is tooo cheap in my eyes!! Hard to say without seeing the job but goin off what you say i would want more.

Cheers for all responses - some more helpful than others! Priced it up now so will wait and see.
