What type of shower is this?

Hi everyone, I have this shower, it is hot and cold fed with a pump in the cupboard. It was installed by the gas board around 1990. It leaks and drips and is wildly inconsistent with temperature.

Does anyone know what model it is and whether it will be easy to swap it out for something else? I'm looking for the most powerful shower possible. (For example will all the necessary electric be there)?

If there is good access to the pump and the pipes leading to above the shower can stay then with good access above replacing the drops and fitting a new shower doesn`t look to bad based on the photo`s.
