assuming you mean removing a mega flow and fitting a combi as opposed to moving a bathroom into a new room id say the combi is going to be easier but obviously theres so many variables its hard to say for sure
generally moving a bathroom into a bed room is going to involve a lot of soil pipe and waste work plus servicesand tilling .then the existing bathrooms going to need decorating at the least may even need plastering as tiles dont always come of cleanly and many new builds have no plaster under the bath
