Hi, under my sink, where the main stopcock is there is a sound of pouring water (started yesterday).
There is no sign of a leak anywhere inside or outside and the water meter is not turning.
Very confused as the sound is clearly water pouring somewhere but where and how as the meter is not spinning???
HELP!

Pouring as in sounds like being poured into a glass etc, or pouring, as in a burst pipe? Is the meter internal? If the latter 2, then turn stopcock off and hear if it gets louder.

Is the water 'pouring' noise coming from drainage pipes or elsewhere? Have you checked all overflows? Toilet cistern, cold water tanks, combi header tanks, hot water storage safety valves etc.?
