which mains water fitting ??

Can anyone tell me what this fitting is called. It was put on not long ago onto a large lead pipe but they have come off of it with an adaptor going to 25mm blue mdpe which is feeding 5 flats. Its a right bodge up. Im going to put a 5 port manifold in but not seen one of these fittings before. Need to put an adaptor on it to take me to 2 inch.

if you want to go from 25mm to 52mm just buy a philmac fitting. the internal bore of the lead will be about the same as the mdpe anyway.

Shouldn't the lead be being removed? Wholesome portable water?
