Hi guys,

can anyone give me a little pointer here. I am used to wiring a Honeywell 927 into Vaillant and Worcester boilers. Today, I have wired one into a Glow Worm Flexicom and I am a little bit confused. Usually on the Vaillant and Worcester, I would remove the link and put my two switch wires from A and B terminals in the Honeywell 927 into those terminals in the boiler. With this Glow Worm - you know the black plug which goes into the boiler - if one of my wires from A and B go into R on the black plug - where does the other one go.
i have taken a 5 core into the boiler plug from the Honeywell 927. I've got my Live, Neutral and Earth, one of my 4th and 5th wires into R - where does the other wire go?

I cannot get the boiler to switch. The receiver unit is switching and the green light comes on - but the boiler don't fire - and that is because I have this spare wire and don't know what to do with it.

anyone help?...

Place the other in term marked L, this will complete the circuit....

Hi,
are you sure? I'm not sure how that then works. Could you please explain it to me? Sorry for being a bit dumb on this one. It's doing my head in though.

Terminal R is the Switched Live, which needs 240Vac applied to make the boiler run.

You need to connect R to B on the CM927 Relay
You then need to connect L (on the boiler) to A on the Relay.

When the relay closes 240Vac will be supplied to R and, hey presto!, the boiler fires.

The 927 have to lives in the receiver link spare live to a in the receiver and out of b to r if that what switched live is job done

Hiya James,

thank you for e advice and yes, you are exactly correct. I have done what you advised and the installation is now sorted. Thank you!

Hi

Thank you for the advice, and I have followed what you advised me to do and I have got it up and running. Thank you very much.
