I have had a problem now on 5 boilers the problem goes like this

Boiler fires runs fine for about 30-60 secs

Fan stops burner still lit for about 20 secs until it starves itself of oxygen

Fast flash on lock out button.

Every time this happens I replace the PCB as it seems like a PCB fault and this cures the problem but on 2 of them they have required an APS in less than a month.

Now obviously check the APS etc before swapping the board I just think its odd that now a 3rd boiler has gone off again same fault.

Is this a common fault on these?

I've had a few clean the Venturi solved the ones I had

venturi gets crudded up try cleaning first,this boiler develops a fault were it ignores all signals from the h/l stat and ntc and goes mental melting the aps,the aps can also play up
