Hi

I attended a breakdown call from a customer the boiler is 28 i junior the as soon as i took the silver cover off i saw that the air pressure switch was burnt and one the white pipes was also burnt off the boiler wasnt firing up i sucked in and could hear a click and put back the white pipe(its has two pipes one white and other is red with p1 and p2 written on it) the boiler fired up after few attempts the flames were very strong and wasnt going to low but after about a mint i could see the fire spreading out of the burner coming out from the sides of the burner so shut it down changed the air pressure switch and it fired up same thing happened again. so i put the silver cover on and boiler wasn't firing at all i could see it trying but not firing woundering what it could be.

thanks

if good folks could figure it out.

hi muhammad, assuming your a gas safe engineer you should join the gas safe registered forum for gas safe only engineers. i think theres a sticky post at the top of this folder. Its sometimes safer to ask such question in there and you will possibly get better reply's as we know that advise is not being given to or available to non competent people.

i already figured it out had many fail like this Muhammad as said pm a member of admin with your gassafe details and all will be revealed
