Worcester Bosch Greenstar 27CDi boiler vibration

Since the condenser pipe defrosted the boiler makes a vibration noise every time the green burner light comes on be it for CH or the water heating. What is causing this and can I continue to use it?

it could be numerous things to be honest ,best to get it checked out by a GSR engineer to be on the safe side ,good luck

I have resigned myself to the fact if is probably something to do with the fan bearings so I will be calling a Engineer tomorrow
