Worcester Bosche combi problem

Hi

I have a Worcester Bosch combi 30 boiler. There is a problem with it.

The central heating works, but there is no hot water in the taps. When I turn on the taps, the boiler makes noise and steam is coming out, and the green flame light is lit, but the radiators warm up instead, even though it has been turned off and the thermostat is at 5'C.

Another thing is that the pressure gauge starts rising when the tap is turned on.

Really annoying as I have been having showers in water heated up on the stove.

I am guessing the problem is the the diverter valve? or is it something else?

Does cold water come out of the hot tap or no water at all

When say steam, is that out of the flue
