worcester dt20 rf problem

hi i installed the above programmer and stat for a customer and recently recieved a phone call from him saying that he cant select any central heating modes, the we arrow doesnt move down, im not sure if faulty equipment is to blame or a bad signal over rf tho the stat is only a couple of meters away from boiler, im going to visit him 2moro. just fishing to see if anyone else has had this problem and a bit of info. thanks people

Remove the batteries and reset it. They can be a pita

I have same same problem on a 10 month old system. I've tried replacing batteries and reset RF signal but after a couple of hours its switching my heating off.

Any cure out there or do I ring my plumber.
