Worcester Heatslave 20/25 leaking water

My floor standing oil boiler is leaking water, don't know where it's coming from but it's leaking out onto my floor. Can anyone give advise on this?

Could be any number of things, automatic air vent passing by, plate heat exchanger loose fitting, flow switch leaking, pump valves, motorised valve or even burst.

Depends how hands on you are.

Can you take the top off and take a photo?

Photos will help (as SimonG has suggested). The top just pulls off (no tools required).

These are prone to water leaks if the expansion vessel has gone or lost its charge. first to go is usually auto air vent and pump valves

Has it lost pressure? It would give an indication of wether it was heating side or hot water (flow switch etc) side.

Did this stop leaking? Or maybe the cat knocked it's water dish over?!!
