Whichever brand it is that has the square headed white key underneath you turn to top up pressure. Had some that dribble a bit when turned. Tried one the other day that proper pee'd out. How do you sort it? Because even though turning it off again stops it leaking filling up a system must be a tad annoying to say the least.

It's a terribad design... you have to turn the key in so it locks, then you open the fill cock (hex type nut) on 1/each side...

Replace the o-rings on the key if it's in properly and still leaking.
 
Those white plastic keys are .....! they need greasing every time there used ideally
Sounds like you just need to swap the two o rings on it
