My 26-32 Boiler is overpressuring on the heating circuit.
About 3-4 hours use & the pressure gauge hits the limit, if left if will leak from underneath the boiler.
At present i am draining water from the nearest radiator to relieve pressure.
The servicing instructions have a fault finding chart but not including this problem.
Anyone encountered this problem before?

I'm not an oil engineer but it sounds like the expansion vessel needs recharging or replacing. I presume you've disconnected the filling loop.

Filling loop isolated. Have de pressurised system, pumped EV to 1bar & pressure still rising when running.
No water came out of EV.

Apologies if im teaching you to suck eggs but did you re pressurise the EV with a drain point left open? (so you can tell if it holds its charge) i always disconnect the EV from the system completely when i charge it.
