Hi all,
First i would like to say what a great forum this is, a wealth of experience and knowledge available to all has got to be good. I personally started out fitting commercial catering equipment ie: frying ranges, steamers, dishwashers, sinks etc as a trainee back in 1989. In 1994 i passed ACOPS and started to be more involved in gas fitting. I moved jobs to more ductwork and extraction in 1998 (foolishley as it turns out) for better money. In 2000 i found myself in- between jobs and helped my brother out by taking a temporary van driving job for 3 months....9 years later having been promoted to manager i was made redundant. During those 10 years (2004) i decided to keep my options open and sit the ACS CCN1, I flew through the theory and failed on practical after having a complete mental melt down half way through.
So thats me.... sorry if its a long intro!
I'm looking forward to adding to this forum and updating as i go through the re-training process.

Thanks for reading!
