Anyone using online ads and if so, what's business like?

I have recently got an ad with a well known ad company beginning with Y, for some reason I cannot use the word here. Can anyone tell me what custom is like if using the same?

If it rhymes with bell then I tried it and found I got more jobs from google ads for less money.

I agree with the above but would also say any advertising has to run for a few months before you can make an assessment of its effect.
They have made google ads much more user friendly over the last year and i think that will continue.
Its still far too complex, and a good example of something designed by engineers without any regard to non engineers using it.
