A bit of clarification - I have extended a 3 bedroom semi detached and at the time central heating pipes were going in I told the plumber could I have 2 zones - one for bedrooms upstairs and another for the living areas downstairs. Now the plastering has been finished and I am costing the combi boiler and other accessories, it appears to me that the setup cost for a dual zone (mechanical valves, receiver, upgraded controller and additional thermostat etc) is much than a single zone.
The combi boiler I would like to buy is the Vailliant Eco-Tech Plus 32kw (newer model) and I when I rang Valliant tech support I was advised I will need, in addition to mechanical value stuff::
The current situation is all pipework has been done to the point its hanging down from the ceiling of the utility room waiting for the combi boiler.
So I assume its as simple as joining the copper pipes in my utility room for the dual zone together (for both the feed "in" and feed "out" and connect these to the combi boiler.
I could ask my plumber / gas engineer but english is not his 1st language and he has trouble understanding me.so I try to find the answer first myself and then just communicate this to him afterwards when he does the work.
Yes, and of course I am lacking in a whole lot of knowledge myself so be easy on me.

- wireless Sensor comfort heating control,
- vr71 writing centre,
