Drafty windows. You guys know your stuff

I know this has nothing to do with Plumbing but you guys know your stuff and have always helped out in the past so thought to ask here.

I got a new build and with the movement/settlement in the first few years or bad fitting the windows have developed air leaks on the side. How would you suggest I seal these up?

Pic1 Is Main Hall windows which are around 10ft tall via 15ft

Does filer become hard when dry? As if you look closely I think it's had it done with a caulk type filler. But just peeled off once done.

Can an you recommend anything of a superior quality?

soudal high mod silicone..slap it in

Rake it all out and fill them again, for tiles use silicone and for the rest a good decorators caulk will do the job.

Although sealer/silicone will stop the draught it really should be opened up to see the real issue. A cold spot will be created and you could have a problem with condensation and mould.

caulk's no good as it will just crack and fall out again as there is structural movement. it needs to move with the fabric so will need h/m
