PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I have replaced an economy 7 cylinder in a property (900x450) approx 120 litre. The tenant is complaining that the cylinder is not big enough. I went by a chart on the internet. Maybe i have got it wrong? The property is a terraced 2 bedroom with one bath, one basin and a kitchen sink only.

Advice much appreciated.

The immersions are working fine. They are just being picky. My main goal is to ensure that I have met the requirements and not made a mistake. Is there a definitive guideline? It's just one of those jobs. If other people lived there it would be fine!

Range recommend 144 litres for E7 storage, 2 bed and standard bath.

See page 7 of this link

What chart on the internet were you using?

I'd size the capacity by the number of occupants & would never fit anything smaller than 210Ltr for a family home.
Lots of parents love to draw a large bath for the kids of an evening. I wish I could relive the endless hours of fun The Lady Olive & I spent with our lot at bath time.
