What is the expected daily usage of an electric combi boiler?

I recently got a 12Kw combi boiler installed in a small 1 bedroom flat. It runs the central heating (3 radiators) and the hot water for the shower.

I can measure the consumption and it uses 50kw/day! This is a lot more than I anticipated. Previous setup with independent electric radiators in each room only used 20kw/day (30 in a very cold day).

Does that sound normal?

doesnt seem out the way (3.2kw an hour) but all depends how much you use it there not the best for efficiency etc

best to keep and eye on it and write down your daily figures
