got a pipe stat that clicks on once frost stat signals but does not switch off? any one got any ideas. i think it is def wired up wrong as connected to white wire (from 3p.v) in junction

yeah boiler switches on dont when get to pipe stat temp set around 15-20 just dont switch off

Test the stat using a multimeter. If ok it is the wiring.
If you have 2 motorised valves it should be wired permanent live - frost stat - pipe stat - orange of the valves.
Mid position valve, perm live - frost stat - pipe stat - white of valve.
No valves, perm live - frost stat - pipe stat - switched live.

Frost stat should be set to around 5 deg and pipe stat fitted on the return set to around 25 deg.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Ideal Logic 24, Previous problem was that the hot water was only cold or barely warm if the heating was in use. If heating was off and boiler cold then would get hot water most of the time. Changing the flow cartridge about 2 years ago (when I moved in) solved this problem enough to suffer it as...
