Hi all.
I've installed a low level WC which is not so low level. The manufacturer's instructions say that the cistern should be 1m above the floor, and it's provided with a flush pipe which sets it at 90cm. I am unhappy with the look as it seems too high but reluctant to cut the flush pipe as it is chrome.
It comes from Bathstore.
There is also another WC in the property which came from the same place which has a shorter flush pipe. Could anyone tell me is there a minimum length for the flush pipe.
Thanks

Pipe it up in plastic at the length you like and flush a wad of loo roll down, see if it works !

I agree with doing a temporary pipe up with plastic flush pipe and cistern on a support to test if flush is good with plenty loo paper in pan.
