Evening, fitted a few oil boilers, usually Grant. Fitting one just now and noticed that the burner is different. Is there something I need to look out for when setting up?

Just follow the MIs and you will be ok.
If you are not altering the boiler power output, then the factory setting will be correct except you need to do the usual analyser adjustments of air
