bit stuck on how to write a guarantee for my work any help?

couldnt of put it better myself.Not sure why you would want to do this but if it's essential then write on your headed paper something lke:
"My work is guaranteed for [insert period] against [insert ,eg, poor workmanship/non-operation//breakdown (you name it)] in which event I will [do my best to] repair/rectify as soon as reasonable."
If you're a one man band then I'd steer clear of offering anything like this but rely on telling customer to contact you if there are any problems.
You will know if you've done a good job - if so, rely on that.
